About
Elisa | IMPRINT Bodywork Welcome to IMPRINT Bodywork, where therapeutic bodywork and energy work come together to create a more intentional approach to wellness. I specialize in medical, sports, deep tissue, pre-post natal bodywork, focusing on the individual rather than simply the symptoms. Every body holds tension differently, and my goal is to listen to what your body is communicating and create a session that supports where you are physically, mentally, and energetically. My own journey with Reiki, energy, and spirituality has become an important part of the way I connect with my clients and my work. I incorporate Reiki into my Infused Bodywork sessions, combining hands-on bodywork with energy awareness and intention to encourage relaxation, grounding, and a deeper connection between the body and nervous system. I am also developing my abilities as a medium, continuing to explore my connection with Spirit and intuition. This spiritual work has deepened the way I understand energy, presence, and the mind-body connection. At IMPRINT, I believe healing and wellness can be approached from more than one direction. Sometimes the body needs hands-on work. Sometimes the nervous system needs stillness. Sometimes we simply need space to reconnect with ourselves. My intention is to meet you where you are and create a session that is uniquely yours. Body. Mind. Energy. Connection. — This is IMPRINT.Business Hours
